To take advantage of our complimentary Prosecco or beer, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to pick a polish, grab a drink, chat with the charming owners, and settle in before your appointment starts!

For clients with existing gel manicures, please be sure to book a gel removal service. This is a 15-minute additional service that allots us time to properly take off your gel polish and do so in the safest way possible. Please note, we do not remove bio gel, acrylics, or tips.

Give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment reserves us the right to adjust your service or have you reschedule for a later date. It’s okay to be fashionable, but please don’t be late!

We have designed our space stylish and adult friendly. One of our core values is to provide our guests with a quiet and relaxing environment therefore we request that unless your minor (Under 16) has a scheduled service, we cannot accommodate them in our space.

We love dogs as much as you do, but for health and safety purposes, we cannot accommodate them in our space. If you are accompanied by a service dog, please notify reception.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, debit, and our gift cards. Unfortunately we are unable to add tips to your payment of services due to local law. You can however tip your service provider in cash. We greatly appreciate it!

-Nail implements are sanitized in hospital-grade disinfectants and in a UV sterilizer.

-We only use LED drying lamps, avoiding potentially harmful UV lamps altogether.

-We do not use dangerous razors and graters.

​

-Our pedicure sinks do not use whirlpool jets, which cannot effectively be cleaned and therefore can harbor hazardous bacteria.

​

-We do not offer acrylic products, which are both harmful to the health of our nail technicians, and also to overall nail health.

​

-We only use tongue depressors once after each application of wax to the body so there is no possible contamination of wax.

Cancellations: We understand that sometimes things come up that make it difficult to make an appointment on time, or at all. We ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. All services except nails require a credit card at time of booking. We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. Please allow us to continue to offer ease of booking in return for notice and cancellations. Thank you!
